New Atlas Wharf, Canary Wharf

This project forms part of a significant building safety programme at a prominent riverside development close to Canary Wharf. The multi-storey, occupied residential building comprises 151 apartments and is classified as a High-Risk Building (HRB) under the Building Safety Act 2022.

DWG is proud to be providing a bespoke scaffolding solution for this complex, fully occupied residential scheme. With residents remaining in situ throughout the works, our approach places safety, precision planning, and clear communication at the forefront. By prioritising resident wellbeing, regulatory compliance, and minimal disruption to both occupants and the surrounding public realm, DWG continues to demonstrate its ability to safely deliver technically demanding projects in live environments, setting the standard for scaffolding excellence on high-profile residential developments.
