This weekend was all about family.
As a family-run company, we believe that our people are at the heart of everything we do. With that in mind, we hosted our very first DWG Family Fun Day—an opportunity for everyone across the business, from labourers and site teams to project managers and office staff, to come together with their families and enjoy a well-deserved day of fun.
The goal was simple: bring everyone together, show our appreciation, and celebrate the incredible team that makes DWG what it is. We're proud to have built a culture where people feel valued, recognised, and part of something bigger.
With more than 150 operatives and their families in attendance, the sun was shining, the atmosphere was fantastic, and it was a pleasure to see so many people enjoying themselves outside of the workplace.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day such a success. Events like this remind us that our family ethos is not just something we talk about—it's something we live every day.
