Charlie had joined DWG in November 2021.
He has shown outstanding abilities to work under a stressful environment safely and successfully.
During Charlies time in the COTS course, he showed a real maturity in asking questions when not sure about something he may not of understood during the course. This is reflected in his work also. Charlie will always ask why. He has shown a passion to learn and wanting to get on – a future scaffold foreman for DWG in the making.
Rob Curtis, project manager for Berkeley Southern at Cranleigh, presented Charlie with his certs. Rob has noted to me, Contracts manager Nick Worcester and other managers of how hard Charlie works, how conscientious he is and sees him as a future Foreman. ‘He has something about him’ = Rob Curtis.
