Morden Estate
Project:
Morden Estate
Client:
United Living
Value:
£1.8 Million
From the start this was a fantastic project to be involved with, creating homes for those who are in need is a big part of our values. We provided a full supply to over 100 homes and 3 apartment blocks for United Living on behalf of Haig Housing who in turn won an award of recognition from her Majesty the Queen and the Mayor of London upon completion. Whilst it may not be our biggest or most complex project, sometimes doing the simple things right, is what puts us beyond others.

Sinclair Road
Project:
Sinclair Road
Client:
Regal London
Value:
£1.5 Million
Working on a project with a Concrete Frame built to the site boundary and adjoining an 18th century Victorian Townhouse with only a courtyard to work from for over 10 trades would undoubtably prove to be complex, however the planning that goes on behind the scenes made it possible to carry out the refurbishments and new build for Regal London. Consisting of brick replacement, blending and structural works to the Victorian townhouse we bought the derelict property back to life as well as constructing new townhouses and 2 apartment blocks.
