DWG actively train staff, from our directors through to our site operatives and office staff.

Operatives are required by DWG to attend a weekly toolbox talk. The subjects discussed are relevant to the type of work carried out on site, hot topics relevant to our clients and issues arising in Health & Safety Bulletins.

We identify individuals that would benefit from additional training and support them in their continuing professional and personal development.
